About the role

The Platform Team at SMG - Real Estate is responsible for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) both as a discipline across Engineering and by owning the infrastructure on top of which our external facing products are built, in addition to, together with our Developer Experience team, provide and support the platform other engineering teams use to develop, deploy and operate their systems.

What you will do

As an Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), you will:

• Implement and promote best observability practices
• Help teams owning their services at the infrastructure level by supporting IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using AWS CDK
• Support teams in executing effective incident response and post mortems
• Be on-call for services owned by Platform
