About The Role
We invite you to take on the role of Senior Software Development Manager within our expanding CCB-I Team based in Ho Chi Minh City. This pivotal leadership position is instrumental in enhancing our organizational capabilities and driving innovation as we deliver enterprise CRM solutions to the utilities sector, serving key customers across the US, Argentina, South Africa, and India.

About You
- You are an accomplished manager with a proven track record of over 10 years in effective people management, strategic leadership, mentorship, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Your expertise in Scrum/Agile project management, coupled with a product-driven mindset, enables you to optimize resource allocation and design workflows that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- As a strategic thinker, you excel in decision-making and collaborate closely with the Software Development Director to drive process improvement and innovation, aligning with shared strategies and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to managers in addressing complex day-to-day challenges and issues.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities to drive focused outcomes.
- Optimize resource allocation and workload distribution to maximize efficiency across development teams.
- Oversee people management processes, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and career development discussions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the development organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Senior Development Director, to align strategies and goals.
