Mô Tả Công Việc
- Play a key role in the visual design of our products and brand identity
- Make strategic user-experience decisions related to product functions and features
- Gather, research and evaluate user pain points and behaviors
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups and prototypes optimized for a wide range of interfaces
- Advocate product features and enhancements for customer needs in collaboration with product development team
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemap
- Design user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Create compelling user interfaces and contribute to the development process to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across multiple platforms – with the highest standards of aesthetics
- Translate Product Owner ideas (based on existing system) into functional requirements, wireframes, prototypes and interactive mockups. Iterate continually and rapidly within prescribed deadlines
- Define clear application workflow and specific screens for development team

- At least 2 years of professional work experience in UI/UX design
- Knowledge and understanding in one of the following fields: E-commerce, CRM, Loyalty, Adstech, Marketing concept
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Sketch, Figma, InvisionApp, … Understanding of fundamental design principles and guidelines of particular platforms…
- Good at Design tools: Figma, Adobe XD…
- Understand website and application components
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant design capabilities is required. Applications without portfolios will not be reviewed
- A strong understanding of design systems is a must
