- Responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of the IT CMDB including governance and control standards, process, and procedures.
- Manage ServiceNow Discovery/ETL jobs, Application service models, define and monitor CI data health reports dashboards. Build CMDB data integrations and automated workflows.
- Work with application and data owners towards data standardization and common data model. Maintain, and ensure adherence with CMDB standards. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical team members.
- Effectively support other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change and Asset Mgmt. to consistently align to CMDB process and data requirements.
- Understand existing application functionality, including business process objective, business goals and user scenario. Document and create solution design and deployment documents.
- Supports the development of CMDB policy, processes, and knowledge base.
- Improve CI data integrity regarding classes, attributes, data sources, and relationships
- Conduct configuration audits and data reconciliation
- Maintains CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy and completeness
- Develop custom integrated logic and functional components to interface ServiceNow instance with internal and external services and APIs (via REST).
- Able to generate dashboards and reports for KPIs.
