- Evaluating, identifying and developing software solutions.
- Leading software development projects.
- Documenting and recording every aspect of an application or software.
- Training and overseeing the activities of the members of the development team.
- Planning, tracking and scheduling software deliverables.
- Locating and directing solutions for critical challenges involving software and hardware interface.
- Looking for problems within software systems and resolving the issues.
- Developing good working relationships with other employees, such as Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers and Engineers.
- Provide technical supports and problem-solving solutions to team members.
- Provide suggestions on other useful development techniques and AWS services
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge and experience:
- 5-10 years of programming experiences prior to Architect level.
- Solid experience in system architecture design.
- Broad understanding of coding and programming languages - HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, .NET Core and Database (MS SQL).
- Experience with database design and data modeling.
- Extensive knowledge of the software development process and corresponding technologies.
- Excellent understanding of design patterns and architectural styles.
- Proficient knowledge of the operation and development designs of agile software.
- Expertise with content management systems.
- Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good understanding in system security and improvements.
- Good knowledge in AWS Cloud Services – ability to implement systems based on load balancing server architecture approach.
- Ability to analyse existing systems and provide suggestions/solutions based on new business requirements.
Skills:
- High level of technical skills.
- Able to work on very tight timelines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization, and work with a diverse group of people.
- Strong communication skills, good English communication orally and in writing
