Job Summary:The primary focus of this position will be to closely collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of software product and project development, particularly with the Scrum Masters and Agile Program Manager, to build, standardize, and optimize the Agile management processes, including but not limited to mastering the Agile tools, building up measurable metrics/ dashboards, auditing the process compliance in the organization, and maintaining the process-related documentation. The Agile Process and Tool Quality Assurance (PTQA) Lead also needs to be an Agile practitioner and hands-on running the Agile teams as an interim Scrum Master to comprehend the insights during execution and help indicate the bottlenecks and delays in flow efficiency to optimize the processes through a data-driven approach. Responsibilities:Mastering the Agile tools and supporting configuration/ setup projects:
Contribute to identifying, evaluating, and selecting Agile tools that best fit the organization's and teams' needs and help manage the implementation and rollout of these tools.
Customize and configure Agile tools to align with the organization's specific needs and processes.
Perform configuration and set-up for projects on Agile tools.
Provide training and support to Agile teams and stakeholders on using Agile tools and ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to use them effectively.
Work with relevant departments to ensure that Agile tools integrate and are interoperable with other systems used by the organization, such as project management tools, issue tracking systems, and collaboration platforms.
Building up and standardizing the Agile process:
Take the lead to work with Scrum Masters and Software Project/ Program Managers to collect, develop, and standardize process documents/ templates and relentlessly maintain them to enrich the organization's best practices/ lessons learned.
Suggest and apply the tailoring process to adapt to the specific needs if necessary.
Coordinate with Software Project/ Program Managers or Scrum Masters to evaluate the quality of performed processes against the standards based on predefined metrics and team performance data.
Plan and perform the audit procedure to validate process compliance and provide feedback to Agile teams on the Process Quality Assurance Check-up results.
Identify and document non-compliance issues, support Agile teams on both corrective and preventive actions
Make quality reports on a regular basis, analyze data from Agile tools to measure team performance, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports to communicate this information to stakeholders and leadership.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of processes, identify missing areas, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Organize training activities to increase awareness and help the Agile team buy-in with the defined processes.

Must have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience for at least three years as a Process QA or similar role, with a strong background in software development processes and quality assurance.
In-depth knowledge of project management and software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases.
Experience conducting process assessments, audits, and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Experience with Agile process tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
Technical aptitude to quickly learn new software products and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, find root causes, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong and experienced in well-structured and organized documentation work.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process excellence and continuous improvement.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Excellent English in both written and oral communication and training skills.
Proven experience leading and managing teams within a software development environment.
Nice to have:
Professional certifications in quality assurance, such as Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), are a plus
Knowledge or experience of other Agile practices and scaling agile frameworks: XP, SAFe, Nexus, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, etc.
Knowledge of CMMI.
Knowledge of industrial automation software and/ or material handling.
Ability to travel nationally and internationally as per request.
Being certified with any scaling Agile model
