- Assist end-users by answering their questions related to the compliant use of the software platform
- Responsible for capturing and recording end-users change requests or software issues
- Responsible for fixing bugs/issues in a timely manner
- Responsible for assisting in software implementation
- Responsible for preparing user training material and guidelines
- Responsible for configuring dashboards and reporting
- Responsible to support all business units under ASH Group if needed
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in CRM software support
- Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Great service mindset and team work oriented
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Understanding of how dashboard and reporting work
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Basic English communication skills
