Job Description
- Lead the entire architecture design of system software products
- Make technical decisions used for the products, including middleware, frameworks, and other technologies.
- Work with a product owner, ensure the delivery of products with the required functionality, performance and quality.
- Conduct troubleshooting of the products by giving technical suggestions.
- Mentor the other developers in the team.

Required skills and experience
- 5+ years experience in web development and 2+ years experience in leading a team.
- Ability to draw big-picture designs from basic specifications.
- Deep understanding of design methodologies such as DDD and Clean Architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Coaching mindset to educate and lead the team members.
- Experience with statically typed languages such as TypeScript, Java (or Python), C#, NodeJS, ReactJS and etc.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and operating web services/ micro-services.
- Hands-on experience developing websites with consideration of security requirements.
- Proficiency with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in English.
