WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON WHO WILL:
- Take care of a scrum team of 8 members (full stack developers, manual QC, automation test) and lead the team to deliver the roadmap through agile sprint cycles, breaking down the product roadmap into executable stories, team capacity planning
- Collaboration with another cross-functional team is needed to ensure integrated increments are produced and dependencies are detected and solved early.
- Responsible for the overall design and definition of the system architecture, involved in key technical decisions and evaluating trade-offs, considering performance and scalability, and working towards a solution that provides the team with a simple and effective system.
- Research new technology, techniques, and standards to improve the dev team's productivity.
- Participate in mentoring & code reviews.
- You will spend 50% of your capacity managing the team and 50% of your capacity taking care of technical responses.
- Responsible for implementing stories (50% capacity).
- Web Applications using .NET 6, NET Core, d3.js, React, TypeScript, Nodejs.
- Integration API (RESTful API) to connect with another integrated ecosystem from our clients.
- SDK/libraries (React) to share with other partners.

A POTENTIAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- MUST have at least 3 years working as a technical lead or at a similar level in web application using .NET/. NET core.
- Strong experience with Restful API (ASP.NET Web API/Asp.NET core).
- Experienced in JavaScript base framework (jQuery, React, d3.js, TypeScript).
- Experienced with Agile/Scrum team.
- Excellence in problem-solving & logical thinking.
- Self-organizational, flexible, supportive, and multitasking.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Strong at software design SOLID, Design Patterns, etc.
- Familiarity with MS SQL/Azure SQL and Entity framework.
- Continuous learning attitude and growth mindset.
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experienced with the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experienced with NodeJS, Docket, and Kubernetes.
- Experienced with Integrated solutions.
- Familiar with JWT, Single sign-on (SSO), SCIM.
- Performance Optimization, Software Security, and UI/UX.
- Unit test/TDD/DI/IOC/CI/CD.
- Experienced in European company.
