We are seeking an experienced Fintech System Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our rapidly growing fintech company. This position requires a deep understanding of financial systems, data structures, software design patterns, and software development methodologies. The Fintech System Architect will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to develop and implement systems that meet the company's strategic goals and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
- Design and develop software architecture and infrastructure that aligns with the company's strategic goals and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with other members of the development team to ensure that software architecture and infrastructure align with business goals and user needs.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions that can be integrated into the company's software architecture.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize development needs and define software requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fintech industry trends and advancements in software architecture and development methodologies.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science;
- At least 8+ years of working experience as software development with at least 2+ years hand-on Solution Architect with prior experience in leading technical solution activities;
- 5+ years of experience in the financial industry with a focus on securities trading platforms, order management systems, and market data feeds;
- Expertise in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python;
- Knowledge of DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps principles, best practices, and tools;
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions;
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker;
- Experience with building and designing real-time systems;
- Expertise in cloud native architecture and microservices design patterns;
- Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures;
- Knowledge of emerging and trending digital technologies (i.e., AI, Blockchain, Machine Learning, etc.) and how they intersect with industry-related business patterns.

Compensations and benefits:
- Competitive salary and full salary in probation: $2500 - $3500
