Role Purpose

Designing, modifying and testing technical architecture and services
Hands-on coding and development by leading by example in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Manage and monitor changes related to the solution architecture to ensure the integrity, standardization and consistency of the technology system
Consulting and proposing solutions based on technology principles and standards
Collaborate with team members to improve our product, architecture and engineering practices.
Stay up-to-date on the practices, patterns, and trending technologies for creating best-performance scalable services.

Key Relationships

Reports to Senior Technology Director
Internal stakeholders include teams within the relevant departments in the company
External stakeholders include partners providing professional services

What we are looking for

Strong understanding of NodeJS, TypeScript or other programming languages and microservice development practices (design , development and deployment)
Understand and value the benefits of testing and code quality and the ability to write high-performance, reusable code, including appropriate testing.
You have a love to build product not only completion but achievement.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology
7 years+ of relevant experience working in software development projects with experience in back-end development
Solid understanding of NodeJS, TypeScript or other programming languages and microservice development practices (design , development and deployment)
Understanding and having a good knowledge about applying and selecting technologies in this industry
Understand and value the benefits of testing and code quality and the ability to write high-performance, reusable code, including appropriate testing.
Passionate in product development and deliver quality product.
Understanding of digital assets industry, cryptocurrencies and web3 are a plus
Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-culture environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences and understand requirements, constraints and objectives.
Ability to work independently
Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-energy, remote-first environment
Experience working in Agile teams to support successful digital transformation projects, involved in the end to end planning to implementation
Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies
Excited about trying new approaches to set new and higher standards
Courageous and willing to challenge status quo to implement new solutions for improvement
Believes in the non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team
Strong collaboration and good communication skills and work well with squad members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
