- Coordinate with IT Regional Team to deliver IT projects in Vietnam.
- Support the current IT team at Avaso’s customer to daily infrastructure and network management.
- Work with vendors to fix the computers, servers, network hardware/software issues.
- Document the knowledge articles for all incidents and requests from users.
- Document the infrastructure, applications, systems, IT procedures.
- Provide reports as required by managers.
- Provide technical support and training to junior IT help desk.
- Lead small projects: land new servers, network devices, roll out new laptops for users.
- Provide technical support, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email/ remote or ticketing system.
- Be able to manage IT Help Desk team
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Certifications/Skills:
o Infrastructure: MCSE, SCCM, MS InTune, VMware ESX, Powershell, Scripting, infosec
o IT Service Management: ITIL - Experience: >3 years in large corporation (>300 users)
- English: Good business communication skills (verbal, read, write emails, reports), provide project update, able to collaborate with Global IT Service Desk L1 and L2 team to provide onsite physical L1 support.
- Familiar with HPE Servers and Cisco network devices.
