Day to day activities:
• Takeover and move to production new application, change from IT Development, Vendor;
• Analyze and handle request , incident to make sure that applications can best support business requirements;
• Analyze, find root cause and resolution to ensure that problem is resolved permanently;
• Join the IT Project base on assignment from Team leader;
• Join the weekly incident review meeting ;
• Periodically evaluate the current applications/systems & propose suitable solution to improve it;
• Document, review and enhance on regular basis the technical document, support procedure, process to ensure that they are up-to-date and meet the auditors’ requirements;
• Monthly report to Line Manager;
• Other assigned tasks from Line Manager or Higher Manager;
• Support Team leader to organize, document and provide training to the team members.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas
• 5+ years of experience in application support or application operation or application developer or application administration, preferably in banking or financial businesses
• Strong understand programming languages & frameworks which are belong to .net technologies: C#, asp.net (Webform & MVC), Web API, Entity Framework
• Strong understand object oriented programming (OOP)
• Strong troubleshooting issue skill in complex IT environment
• Experienced in AWS cloud is a plus
• Strong management, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong analysis & problem resolving skills
• Strong Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL skills
• Fluent in English (is a plus)
• Can work overtime if need
