• System administration and maintenance (Servers, network, database, PC, IT equipment…)• System operation (package softwares or business applications: AD, OpManager, Service Desk Plus, CyberArk, Log360, Tenable One, etc)• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.• Manage and maintain IT assets.• Quick understand and strictly follow policies and procedures of the bank.• Provide general IT supports to other staff.• Other duties assigned by Team Head & Department Head

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent• At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.• CCNA/ Microsoft Windows Server Administration Certified or equivilent is needed.• Experience in VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco products, Firewall and Security, K8s, vxRail, SAN switch & SAN storage, solid knowledge in LAN and WAN.• Experience in Backup & restore with Veeam, ARCserve, Active Data Protection & AirGap.• Experience in troubleshooting of software & hardware: routers, switches, PCs & Printers…etc• Having experience in managing and implementing IT projects, ITSM/ ITIL framework.• Having experience in any development language or RPA is an advantage.• Having experience in database administration: MS SQL or Oracle is an advantage.• Having banking experience is an advantage.• Analytical, creative, dynamic & hardworking.• Having good presentation & report kills.• Work under high pressure and willing to work overtime when required
