JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing day to day tasks including cloud configurations, access management, integration issues and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) Build/Release status or system, services. Operation Helpdesk service, do asset inventory, audit access system. Identify opportunities for improving security, monitoring, reliability, and scalability of our production services. Review and improve performance system.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform assigned tasks independently
- Provide the analysis and resolution for any problem/issue in life cycle of product/services/system.
- Be responsible for building and deploying systems and services.
- Manage the operation change of all systems.
- Analyze problems and complete detailed reports.
- R&D, develop and maintain system and provide solutions to improving product/system.
- Define, rolling out, improve process/system/environment.
- Daily / Weekly / On-demand report to Leader the progress and status of the assigned tasks
- Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality
- Follow the project and organization and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in IT or equivalent.
- Have working experience 1-2 years of experience in System
- Experience with cloud service Azure, AWS, Google Cloud is a strong plus.
- Focus on System and Cloud to become DevOps
- Experience in monitoring tool such as New Relic, Splunk.
- Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/problem.
- Experience in scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bashshell
- Familiar in process tool such as Azure DevOps (VSTS), Jira, Confluence
- Able to use English.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, well self-organized and responsible in work.
- Able to self-investigate new technology.
- Co-operative, careful, meticulous, patient.
