About the Engineering team at Yojee

We build cool technology that lasts long and scales well. Yojee is looking for engineers who enjoy developing features end-to-end in a cloud platform environment. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Team Lead to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in API development and be proficient in programming languages such as Golang and Python. Additionally, experience with Redshift, Google Looker, ETL, and AWS DMS is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise features
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices
- Ensure the team follows coding and design standards and best practices
- Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing software
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in software engineering
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least four years of experience in software engineering
- Strong proficiency in Golang and Python
- Experience with Redshift, Google Looker, ETL, and AWS DMS is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good English communication
