• Manage a squad team of 8-15 members, including FE/BE engineers, BAs, and Manual/Automation QCs.• Control and facilitate agile activities, including sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, retrospective meeting.• Coordinate with SA for technical and solution evaluations.• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.• Ensure the application's quality, security, and performance through code reviews and tuning.• Handle conflict resolution and performance management within the squad team• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to PM and clients.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least Three years of experience developing cloud-based or distributed applications using Dotnet 6 or above and Entity Framework.• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerized environment (Kubernetes).• Hands-on experience with API design and message-oriented systems.• At least three years of experience in team management.• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a software development team.• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Highly Recommendations:• Owning knowledge or experience in the financial sectors, especially dealing with stocks, mutual and pension funds.• Experience in handling and optimizing concurrency problems in high-traffic web applications.• Experience in Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service, Blob, Azure SQL, Application Gateway, and Service Bus.• Experience in leveraging Elastic Stack for logging/searching/distributed tracing and monitoring.
