Tech Lead – ERP Software

Your role & responsibilities Working in a team of Chief Developers to support modification development to junior Devs Support the team to create a proposal for a new scope of project/modies. Define, and review technical solutions (.JavaEE, Hibernate/JPA, JSF, PrimeFaces, Postgresql database) Present and discuss with managers about technical solutions. Communicate directly with 3rd vendor supporter. Support the team to handle production technical issues: debug, performance, workload, security......  Explore, research, propose, and implement new technology. Your skills & qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience and proven as Chief Dev or leadership role, preferably within an IT company, especially the ERP product. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
