Technical Analyst (Experienced in Banking Industry)

As a Technical Analyst, you will be the key person to conduct system study , development and customization, system testing, user training, documentation and implementation according to specifications, established quality and performance standards, within delivery timelines.

This role will help you capitalize on opportunities that means you will be part of a 'Center of Expertise' problem solving team by giving support to analyse cases and, when appropriate, provide solutions following the established case management processes.

You will play an important role in, but not limited to?

1.  Responsible in system study & setting, development, and customization, system testing and training, documentation, and implementation.
2. Do research such as understand the business requirements and recommend appropriate applications and technology for same  all data flow charts and diagrams of the processes.
3. To perform user requirement identification, produce comprehensive analysis and design for end user application. 
4.  Analyse and organize the gathered information and put as the project requirements.
5.  Ensured all business processes are operating as per design and compliance with business procedures & control. 
6.  Prepare documentation on user guide and operation guide. 
7.  Create and review specifications of the project.
8.  Working closely with developer on any technical requirement and handle the technical aspect of the project implementations.
9. Assist all business partners to analyse changes in requirements and provide enhancements to all applications and provide support to all 3rd party software tools and maintain knowledge of all management process.
