Technical Architect Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect Manager (specialized in Drupal) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend architecture, extensive experience in PHP frameworks, and expertise in designing and developing REST APIs.  This role requires a leader who can coach developers, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed. Proficiency in English communication, especially in reading and writing, is essential. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with technologies like Linux, Git, and containerization platforms is highly valued.  Your role & responsibilities Design and implement APIs, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness  Create comprehensive technical designs and ensure they are properly documented and communicated to the team  Develop and maintain backend architecture to support scalable, extendible and reliable applications  Accountable for working on code reviewing, bug fixing and assisting QA/QC Team   Actively participate in projects workshops and understanding requirements   Providing time estimates for new initiatives  Mentor and assist junior developers, sharing your expertise and promoting best development practices.   Establish coding standard and best practices to train developers produce clean, efficient code  Understanding of continuous integration / continuous delivery concepts and the ability to troubleshoot related issues  Your skills & qualificationsMust Have  8+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development, 5 years as technical leader, 2 years of Architect role  Good communication in English (focus more in Reading and Writing)   Proficiency in Drupal, WordPress, knows their pros/cons, good at PHP, Laravel/Lumen, MySQL, Rich Experience designing and developing REST APIs   Experience with Linux and the associated services used for web applications (Nginx, Apache2)   Familiarity with version control systems (Git)   Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and applications   Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail  Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously  Willing to learn new technologies when required Nice to Have  Experience building technical proposals for presale team  Experience with containerization platforms such as Docker, Docker compose, Kubernetes  Chinese speaking is a great plus  Any additional programming language is a plus   Experience in Magento development is a plus   Experience in Phalcon development is a plus   Involvement in the Drupal community is a big plus   Experience in working with WeChat Mini Program or APP is a plus  Benefits for you Employment and insurance benefits above the market  Professional career path and frequent objectives, review  Multicultural team (10+ nationalities), non-stop parties, sharing, learning  Lovely office with modern facilities  Fun and dynamic team with great ambition always striving toward the same goal  Pantry area with snacks, and drinks available all the time  Weekly team gatherings, and parties with some big surprises  Other exciting team-building activities
