• Arrange a stable network and telecommunication environment
• Cooperation with the IT team to setup necessary settings in the server
• Cooperation with telecommunication providers – CMC/FPT/South Telecom/Other/Viettel
• Cooperation with other Vendors (Auto dialer system, Softphone, etc.)
• Manage Auto dialer camping (2 subordinates)
• Manage softphone software
• Prepare reports about the efficiency auto dialer system, IVR, and VoiceBot performance.
• Monitor and manage the key parameters of working auto dialer and manual calling systems:
utilization of operators, utilization of phone lines, idle time, service level, contact rate, manage dialer
productivity (number of lost connections, % of proceeding campaigns, utilizations of operators)ConfidentialityThe employee is liable for keeping the confidentiality of all technological and business secrets of the Company
during the employment.

• English at the level of Pre -Intermediate, Intermediate
• Good Excel (MS Office) knowledge
• SQL knowledge will be advantage
• Experience of VoIP
• Hands-on experience with call center
