- Lead a development team to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects. Promote Agile Scrum practices and values.
- Make key decisions on software design and implementations for areas of product.
- Design and develop a unified vision for software characteristics and functions for applications in a suite.
- Source for expert level knowledge of modern software development techniques and methodologies.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members.
- Work with Product Management to prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met within the scrum team for more than one application.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience using a modern object-oriented language (C#, Java).
- Experience in Spring boot, JavaScript, Angular, PHP, SQL Server.
- 5-6 years of experience in Back-end development.
- Experience in DB design, software architecture design
- Experience in UI/UX design (Figma, Zeplin, Adobe XD)
- Stays current on new frameworks and technologies for desktop, mobile and cloud.
- 4+ years of delivering scalable solutions.
- 4+ years of leading multiple projects successfully through their entire life cycle.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- 4+ years of experience with performance tuning and scaling for large workloads.
- Experience working in a continuous integration and deployment development environment.
