1. Project management:
- Directly exchange and work with the director to determine project requirements then assign tasks to the team.
- Assign Jira tickets to team members daily.
- Regularly review projects, write feedback, suggest solutions to promote team's development.
- Guaranteeing projects’ data and information protected from unauthorized access.
- Regularly review, evaluate works to comply with project standards.
2. Team management
- Introduce new employees, support and train junior devs
- Support Devs recruitment process (CV screenings, candidates interview, candidates evaluation through technical tests)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fluent in English
- 1+ years of experience in technical lead position
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Excellent full-stack knowledge of JavaScript development (React/NodeJS)
- Great self-organization with any tool (Todo, ClickUp or equivalent)
- Experience with project management (Jira, Trello or equivalent)
- Experience with devops (AWS, Azure or equivalent)
- Desire to stick with the Company
