- Lead the generative AI development project, responsible for project planning, progress management, and quality control of deliverables
- Perform basic and detailed design for AI and machine learning projects, providing technical leadership
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members, managing motivation to achieve high performance
- Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure for server-side design and development
- Understand business goals and provide technical solutions to contribute to business success
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project progression

Requirements:
- Proven experience in AI development with a track record of successful project completion
- Experience in team management with demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience in basic and detailed design with high technical proficiency
- 5+ years of experience as an engineer with extensive knowledge and skills
- Deep understanding of server-side design and development (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
- High proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and the ability to work on international projects
- Strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to business success from a technical perspective
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading Generative AI projects
- Experience leading large-scale AI projects
- Expertise in data science and machine learning
- Advanced programming skills (Python, Java, C++, etc.)
Experience in startup companies
