- Join some parts or full lifecycle of software development.
- Create design specifications independently.
- Create systems design with instruction from Project Leader
- Do implementation as well as conduct reviews for others.
- Lead/mentor/coach developers with best practices including coding standards, design patterns, unit tests, tests, and deployment.
- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
- Willing to take business trips or work overseas.
- Other assignments from Manager.

1. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proven experience as a Technical Leader in web application development.
- In-depth development experience in Frontend such as ReactJS, Angular, Vue, etc.
- Experience in backend-based languages (Java, .NET) is an advantage.
- Being able to build a system from scratch and having knowledge of cloud base infrastructure (AWS).
- Experience in reviewing source code and managing a team of developers.
- Experience in making specifications such as design and test specifications.
- Experience with outsourcing/offshore processes.
- Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements.
2. Other skills:
- Japanese: JLPT N4+, English: basic
- Responsible and a high level of delivery
