Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions that align with business requirements.
Provide technical expertise and strategic direction regarding architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
Manage project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
Identify and address technical risks, roadblocks, and challenges to sustain project momentum.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend their integration to enhance product development and team efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a relevant major.
From 7+ years of experience in Backend development with at least 2 years as a Technical Leader.
Extensive experience with back-end technologies such as C#, .NET, Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and Web API.
Solid experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Familiar with software development life cycles such as Waterfall, and Agile methodology.
Experience in making specifications and testing specifications.
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Good Japanese skills (Equivalent to N2 Level)
Leadership skills.
