We are looking for Technical manager position for our software applications. Your main responsibility will be:
1. Technical Expertise:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by maintaining a balance between delivery speed and quality oversight.
- Guide the team in making appropriate technical decisions, avoiding over-engineering or under-engineering solutions.
- Take ownership of the software’s lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and smooth transitions.
- Influence the technical direction of dependent teams, ensuring alignment with overall objectives
- Code to support project development
2. Leadership
- Ensure a productive, effective, and efficient work environment that promotes resilience in the face of challenges and minimizes single points of failure.
- Manage team performance and career development, contributing to performance reviews and identifying growth opportunities.
- Act as an active mentor within the team, promoting growth and learning opportunities.
- Provide actionable and constructive feedback to team members, facilitating their professional development.

Must have
- Strong at least one of programming languages/framework such as React Native/ReactJS/NodeJS/.Net
- Experienced at least 3 years as Project Management/ Team Management
- Strong communication in English
- Having technical background, be enable to review code
- Experienced with Domain Fintech is a big plus
- Experienced in US market
- Experienced in IT outsourcing software company
- Experienced with mobile app development
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and management skills
- Strong knowledge of project management practices: budgeting (estimation), planning, monitoring and control, quality management and communication.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- The ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team
Nice to have:
- Strong knowledge of various software development practices such as Agile, XP, LEAN and DevOps. Jira/Confluence experience is preferred.
- International education and/or experience working abroad is considered a strong asset (as most of our customers are based outside of Vietnam).
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage
- Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure
- Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues.
