Right now, we are looking for the Technical Support positions who can receive the emails/notifications from our US clients during their working hours either to fix the simple issues in our system or to call the dedicated developers during this time to resolve the complex issues soon for the clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor Production issues by using company’s monitoring tools developed by development teams.
- Following standard procedures for handling unresolved issues or route them to the appropriate internal teams if needed escalation.

- Available for night shifts (6PM to 6AM).
- At least 1 years of experience in relevant positions.
- Following the training process of the company to understand the monitoring process of the products of the company.
- Basic English for reading and understanding tickets/emails.
