- Leading projects and team in testing function to ensure the quality of the project upon release
- Guide, mentor and develop teams of skilled testing
- Communicate with the developer/client to clarify requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to design testing strategies.
- Develop test artefacts: test viewpoint, test matrix, test data, test cases, etc.
- Ensure software applications meet Customers’ requirements and contribute to the quality improvements.
- Raise issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ testing skill.
- Report to DM/PM/PL on a daily or weekly basis.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- From 5 years of experience in software testing (Web, mobile application)
- Experience as a Test/QC Leader in various projects
- Have deep understanding of testing software processes.
- Have good knowledge in manual testing (testing basics, methodologies, and techniques.)
- Experience in create test plan, strategy, test design for projects
- Experience in source management
- Have good experience in writing test viewpoints, test matrix, test cases based on requirements.
- Have hands-on experience in writing SQL queries for testing databases (MySQL, SQL).
- Have experience with API Testing, Security and Performance testing (Jmeter, Postman,..).
- Have strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
Nice to have:
- Have experience/ knowledge in automation testing.
- Have the ability to understand code.
- ISTQB certification
