- Understanding project documents to lead Testing Team to the success of project
- Analyze users stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility and reviewtest plandocument and actively provide feedbacks on the task assignment
- Develop test-cases and preparing test data
- Perform testing of web based and mobile applications
- Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks and work with relevant teams to pinpoint root cause and drive issues to resolution, report and tracking bugs found and test results
- Communicate issues, accurately complete and submits status reports in a timely manner to supervisor
- Mentor and coach junior fellows into fully competent Manual Testing, Automation testing
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
