- Design engaging visuals for websites, product pages, social media, and digital ads.
- Turn briefs into strong, story-driven visuals that fit the brand and campaign goals.
- Keep an eye on new design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Create UI mockups, wireframes, and design components for web and product interfaces
- Support with video editing and short explainers.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to translate technical topics into easy-to-understand creative assets.
- Help evolve and maintain a consistent brand look across different platforms — while keeping things fresh.
- Support other activities or tasks assigned by management.

Bonus Points
- Experience designing ads or creatives for platforms like X, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge about AI, Cloud Computing and Web3 is recommended but not mandatory.
- Willing to learn is the key.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and brand-focused design approach.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital design, motion graphics, or video editing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related fields.
- Strong English communication skills for working with remote teammates.
- A solid portfolio showing a mix of creative work and design versatility.
- Comfortable using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Good understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
