• Performs IT daily checklist

• Performs IT monthly tasks as listed below:

o Reviews user access ID list for all required applications, and performs necessary remediation

o Exports and reviews digital log from door lock system of server room, and highlights all abnormalities

o Ensures all servers, computers are up to date.

• Proactively checks all guest facing technologies, such as: Internet access, self-service kiosk, business central facility… and performs the needful to make sure their performance is at the highest possible.

• Responds to end user request in timely manner. All requests are to be logged/recorded for future analysis

• Assists IT Management to perform below:

o User training on new applications, cyber threat awareness

o Regular trainings on basic IT skills such as: Office365, Windows functionalities, PC maintenance, etc.

• Performs regular inventory check to ensure below:

o All hardware movements are recorded

o All software implementations are approved by MHI corporate IT or Director of IT and provided with proper licenses

Functions:

• Develops close working relationship with all associates.

• Supports the implementation of all components of MHI’s property-based technology activity for the hotel(s).

• Become a problem-solving and escalation point for hotel management regarding IT issues.

• Ensure documentation is kept and updated for all property-based configurations, including but not limited to server farm, Windows hardening, LAN equipment and support services.

• Promote expectations and requirements to hotel IT end users on effective technology usage based on MHI published policies/standards.

• Manage all hardware and environment installations to MHI standards including cabling, power and environmental.

• Work with vendors to resolve support issues and maintain optimum service levels.
