Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems.
Build high-quality reusable code and libraries for future use as needed.
Optimize web applications (APIs) for performance and scalability.
Handle the code-reviewing for team members or peer reviewing
Write and maintain related documents for the optimization of the project
Lead the team members
Lead and train the junior team members, address any technical issues that occur, and communicate and follow up with the team to drive the resolution
Supervise members’ tasks to make sure it is complied with the definition of Done
Perform any other duties as assigned

Good Team Leadership Skills
A team player who collaborates well across team boundaries to get things done, willing to wear multiple hats when needed, and always prioritizes the product's best interests.
5+ years of proven experience in designing, building, scaling, and managing high-performing APIs.
Highly experienced in optimizing code, architecture, and other technical aspects.
Extensive experience with both relational and non-relational database systems.
Proficiency in NodeJS (and/or PHP, Go, a plus)
Strong experience with scaling and optimizing platforms.
Strong experience with implementing security
Strong experience with microservice architecture and API development
React/Vue/Angular JS experience is a plus
DevOps is a plus
Ability to work independently.
Good communication in English
