Be a trusted information owner to Business Partners of ZaloPay
Work closely with internal Data Services team and & business, product, tech departments to develop and expand ZaloPay’s reporting capabilities.
Take initiative in designing visualizations that anticipate business users’ need and help them make better decisions.
Produce scalable solutions for automated dashboards and reports so that business users can quickly and accurately see how key business metrics are performing.
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, provide visibility & insightful analysis outcomes to optimize business processes & improvements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Qualifications:

At least 2-4 years of experience in developing business-driven reporting platforms
Excellent knowledge of SQL.
Familiar with DWH concepts & best practices (ETL/LT, OLAP, Data Marts)
Proven ability to write simple to sophisticated queries to extract information, deliver outcomes in ambiguous contexts.
Excellent presentation skills, manipulate datasets to present complex information in comprehensive ways (tables, charts, write-ups)
Prior experience working with ML, Data Science projects (eg. time-series forecasting, clustering)

2. You will be a great candidate if you are:

Pro-active. Great deal of attention to integrity & discretion.
Critical thinking & problem solving skills. Able to ask right questions, eager to understand processes, follow up data-driven answers to transform business issues to actionable insights & actions.
Experience with interacting with senior level executives, willing to understand different functions of a business.
Experience in E-commerce or fast paced working environment is a plus.
