To assist QA Lab Manager in the daily activities in Laboratory in order to keep the Test Report issuance leadtime “ON TIME” and to provide accurate test results/report to BU Team, Dyeing, MQA & Socks Team.1. Manage daily activities of Laboratory such as fabric testing of development samples such as Lab Dip, Trims & Accessories, 1st Bulk and Succeeding Bulk Colorfastness test reports. 15%2. Check & Update the status of incoming samples and issuance of test report based on the TRF Control Sheet. 15%3. Supervise the activity of testing based on FIFO (First In First Out). 10%4. Coordinates with Dyeing & BU Team on the issues & updates of samples for testing. 10%5. Assist the colorist on bulk shade approval. 10%6. Update Test Protocols from each customer every 6 months. 5%7. Handle the Oekotex Certifications. 10%8. Assist Lab Manager in Correlation Testing and Report making. 10%9. Coordinates with Lab Technicians regarding technical problems encountered during testing. 5%10. Assist Lab Manager the Lab Accreditation & Certification program of customers through 3rd party testing Laboratory. 5%11. Manage annual external calibration of the Laboratory equipment. 5%12. Report to QA Lab Manager on issues & problems encountered in Laboratory.13. Adhere company policies, procedures and its rules and regulations in the conduct of daily work activities.14. Observe, direct and maintain proper cleanliness / housekeeping within the area of responsibility.15. Keeps all technical information, research data and other important matters with utmost confidentiality.

Role Summary/Objective: As the Senior Data Engineer (Architecture Lead), you will take a leading role in architecting, designing, and overseeing the implementation of robust and scalable data engineering solutions for our custom-built Loyalty/Promotion system and its integration with the enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP). You will provide technical leadership in data pipeline design, data modeling within engineering contexts, and ensure our data infrastructure effectively supports advanced analytics, AI/ML initiatives, and the critical data needs of our upcoming airline venture. This role combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with a strong architectural vision for data solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the technical design and architecture of data pipelines, data transformation processes, and data storage solutions for the Loyalty platform and CDP integrations, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture guidelines.• Define and champion best practices for data engineering, including data quality frameworks, pipeline development standards, CI/CD for data processes, and performance optimization.• Oversee and contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of complex data pipelines, ensuring they are efficient, reliable, and scalable to handle large data volumes (e.g., from ~40 million annual customer interactions).• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Backend Engineers (including the Lead BE), and Product Owners to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data engineering solutions.• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other Data Engineers (DE #1, DE #2) within the team.• Drive the technical strategy for data ingestion, processing, and integration related to the CDP and Loyalty systems, in collaboration with the Head/PO and Enterprise Architects.• Ensure data engineering solutions adhere to data governance, security, and compliance requirements.• Evaluate and recommend new data engineering technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our capabilities.
