- Tìm kiếm và hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình làm dự án và kí kết hợp đồng.
- Phối hợp các bộ phận, phòng ban liên quan để phục vụ công tác triển khai dự án, tham gia đấu thầu.
- Quản lý phạm vi và khối lượng công việc ban đầu của dự án cũng như các yêu cầu phát sinh đến khi hoàn toàn bàn giao dự án.
- Tham gia hỗ trợ các dự án đã và đang thực hiện.
- Thực hiện ký kết hợp đồng và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Tham mưu cho BGĐ để nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm, dự án, để gia tăng hiệu quả kinh doanh

Job description:- First level IT support locally, at Wiha Vietnam (client replacement, solving simple problems in the systems and clients, on-site support for network adjustments, setting up clients, smartphones, printers)- Identification of possible optimizations in the local environment and development of the solution together with corporate IT- Interface and central contact point between the users at Wiha Vietnam and the Wiha Group IT- Validation and recording of incidents via the ticket system- Controller and Project coordinator for IT related projects- Acting as the system administrator for the current ERP (Microsoft Navision)- Involvement in the future ERP project- Reporting structurally to local Wiha Vietnam COO and functionally to Wiha Group ITWorking placeWiha Vietnam’s office at: Song Cong Industrial Zone 1, Bach Quang Ward, Song Cong City, Thai Nguyen, Vietnam
