• Installs software and installs and repairs hardware and peripherals;
• Tests programs;
• Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate;
• Maintains systems, databases and web pages;
• Administers user accounts;
• Designs and produces basic reports;
• Sets up and submits production jobs and edits and debugs computer output;
• Transfers computer files between platforms;
• Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g. microcomputers, disk drives, and laser printers) and may assist with testing personal computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software problems;
• Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns;
• Arranges for distribution of output to customer;
• Maintains records;
• To perform any other reasonable duty as requested by management.
• To ensure that the hotel’s computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable.
• To ensure that all IT, telecoms and audio-visual equipment system are in good working condition.
• To check all IT, TV, Audio equipment in guest rooms prior to check-in and provide solutions if faulty.
• To ensure that internet networks and TV are stable, secure and running with minimum downtime.
• To master all systems and applications used in the hotel, including Protel, POS, key card system
• To perform routine system setups as may be required by software and/or programs such as regular update of anti-virus programs.
• To provide regular training on IT security and ensure that all PMS access passwords are regularly updated, automatic standby mode on servers and PMS activated and IT procedures strictly followed by all employees of the Hotel.
• To provide support service according to operational need, according to operational hours.

- Thiết lập, cài đặt, sửa chữa hệ thống Camera.
- Xử lý các sự cố liên quan đến hệ thống tổng đài, điện thoại IP.
- Triển khai các dự án phần mềm do công ty phát triển.
- Theo dõi, giám sát các dự án phần mềm đã triển khai.
- Hỗ trợ người dùng cuối (IT Helpdesk) các vấn đề phát sinh về phần cứng, phần mềm.
