We welcome expatriates and international professionals to bring fresh perspectives and help shape the future of technology.RESPONSIBILITIESThe position is responsible for• Manage, mentor, and lead a testing team of 20-50+ members, including manual testers, automation testers, and QA engineers.• Establish team goals, KPIs, and ensure continuous improvement in the team’s performance.• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.• Define testing scopes, schedules, and priorities based on project requirements and deadlines.• Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on test strategies.• Ensure the testing strategy encompasses both manual and automated testing approaches

- Execute sales tasks according to assigned targets from direct management- Actively search for and approach customers within assigned territories and segments (e.g., FDI companies, industrial zones, multinational corporations, educational institutions, etc.)- Analyze customer requirements, work with consulting teams to prepare presentations, and persuade clients to sign contracts- Monitor and address customer needs, maintain and develop relationships with both existing and new clients- Resolve any product or service issues customers may encounter- Research and stay updated on the company’s IT products/solutions- Perform data analysis and reporting on work outcomes, competitors, and growth potential for NetNam’s products and services in the market

1. Infrastructure Management• Architect, deploy, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure AWSenvironments for logistics SaaS applications.• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation,Terraform, or CDK.• Manage and optimize VPCs, subnets, security groups, EC2, S3, RDS (PostgreSQL),and ElasticSearch clusters.• Design multi-environment infrastructure (dev, staging, prod) with proper isolation,monitoring, and cost optimization.2. CI/CD and Automation• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments usingtools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or AWS CodePipeline.• Standardize deployment processes across backend, frontend, and microservices.• Integrate testing and security validation into pipelines (static code analysis, dependencyscanning, secret detection).• Ensure zero-downtime deployments and support frequent release cycles in agiledevelopment environments.3. Containerization and Orchestration• Design and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS,and EKS.• Set up autoscaling policies, resource quotas, and health checks for high availability.• Manage container image scanning and secure image registries.4. Monitoring, Logging & Observability• Implement and maintain monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch,Telegraf, InfluxDB).• Configure centralized logging (Elastic Stack/EFK, Graylog, Loki) and APM tools (NewRelic, Datadog, or Sentry).• Establish alerting rules for system health, latency, and security events.• Provide actionable visibility into production performance and reliability metrics.5. Security• Integrate security practices into DevOps pipelines.• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management acrossenvironments.• Implement identity and access management (IAM) best practices — least privilege,role-based access, MFA enforcement.• Ensure compliance with security frameworks (OWASP, ISO 27001, SOC 2).• Protect data integrity and privacy for sensitive logistics and customer data.• Support incident response and post-mortem analysis.6. Cost Management & Optimization• Continuously monitor and analyze AWS usage, identifying opportunities for costreduction and efficiency gains.• Implement autoscaling, rightsizing, and lifecycle policies for EC2, RDS, S3, andKubernetes clusters.• Use AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets, and CloudWatch Metrics to track and forecastspend.• Define and enforce tagging strategies for cost visibility by environment, team, orproject.• Optimize data storage and retention across logs, snapshots, and backups to reduceoverhead.• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to balance cost vs performance trade-offs.• Produce monthly cost reports and recommendations for leadership on optimizationinitiatives.7. Database and Application Performance• Maintain and tune PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, or NoSQL databases foroptimal performance.• Perform query optimization, index tuning, and replication configuration forscalability and resilience.• Support developers in analyzing query performance and troubleshooting productionbottlenecks.8. Collaboration and Mentorship• Work closely with Developers, QA/QC teams, and Product Managers to improve systemreliability.• Mentor junior DevOps engineers on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices.• Participate in sprint planning, release readiness reviews, and production deploymentplanning.

Job Purpose• The job holder leads portfolio management by providing support in planning, coordination of financial objectives and deliverables for the portfolio of both traditional projects/initiatives implemented through Waterfall methodology and customer journey digitization initiatives implemented through Agile methodology.• The job holder collaborates with cross-functional teams within the Transformation Office and other divisions in the bank to ensure operational consistency across bank-wide initiatives in tracking and governing progress, managing resources and communicating with stakeholders.________________________________________Key Accountabilities A. Operations Support and GovernanceDesign the operational process across the initiative lifecycle to ensure standardized approach across all type of initiatives/projects.• Update operational processes on a regular basis and facilitate the set up of new initiatives and tribes in accordance with required standards.• Support the development of tools/templates and guide initiative teams on how to fill in and update initiative progress on the tools/templates created.• Apply and maintain tools/templates used to track and report across the portfolio of transformation initiatives (Foundational and Agile), define monitoring tools/templates and customize as needed.• Provide logistics support for Head of iPMO and the team, CEO workshops, governance meetings, and be the contact point for building the Agile working environment for the Transformation Office.• Consolidate and prepare progress reports for STEERCO, TECO, BOM, BOD leadership committees timely and accurately.B. Resource ManagementCollaborate with stakeholders in Business Units / Divisions to identify high level resource planning requirements to ensure optimal resource utilization.• Track and control resource usage efficiency to ensure sufficiency for all units in the Transformation Office and for bank-wide initiatives within approved plan.C. Portfolio Management• Work with transformation initiative leads and teams to understand progress of their assigned portfolio and track the accuracy of inputs for tools.• Work with initiative leads to change initiative status and solve problems as required, report key challenges, track progress, recognize financial values and manage use of monitoring tools.• Proactively guide initiative teams, Business Units and Divisions for effective cross-functional collaboration.• Control quality and compliance of initiatives with required standards.• Escalate issues or risks of potential impact on performance via portfolio reporting to Sponsors / STEERCO / TECO committees to facilitate the decision making process.• Support the iPMO Lead in developing Early Warning System (EWS).
