•    Làm việc theo mô hình Agile, báo cáo công việc định kỳ cho Team Leader.Yêu cầu chuyên môn:
 

 

• Phát triển các hệ thống, ứng dụng của Ngân hàng, gồm các hệ thống nội bộ và ứng dụng dành cho khách hàng với quy mô 30 triệu khách hàng cá nhân và 300.000 khách hàng doanh nghiệp.• Phát triển hoặc phối hợp triển khai cùng các nhà cung cấp cho các giải pháp Công nghệ.• Quản lý, phát triển dịch vụ tích hợp với các hệ thống core như: T24, WAY4, BPM, CRM, CIC ...• Quản lý, phát triển API trên API Gateway phục vụ tích hợp với các đối tác trong nước và quốc tế.• Nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm, triển khai áp dụng các xu hướng công nghệ mới vào việc phát triển: GraphQL, Docker Container (K8s), CICD, EventSourcing, CQRS, NoSQL ...• Tham gia phân tích nghiệp vụ, đề xuất giải pháp, phương án triển khai nhằm cải tiến, nâng cao hiệu quả của các dự án trong quá trình làm việc.• Lên timeline công việc, quản lý tasks cho các thành viên trong nhóm, giám sát và hỗ trợ các thành viên hoàn thành đúng cam kết.• Dẫn dắt nhóm 3-6 thành viên, đồng hành cùng các thành viên phát triển chuyên môn và hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao.

Theo dõi, phân tích hiệu suất nội dung, cải thiện các chỉ số quan trọng.- Khoa học dữ liệu (data science):+ Xây dựng mô hình phân tích nâng cao (ví dụ: mô hình dự báo).+ Quản lý các tài sản dữ liệu khoa học (feature store, mô hình, báo cáo độ chính xác, theo dõi thí nghiệm, phiên bản dữ liệu).+ Phát triển khung thử nghiệm đảm bảo tính chính xác về mặt thống kê.- Xây dựng hạ tầng dữ liệu & big data để kết nối hệ thống và hỗ trợ phân tích (data engineering)+ Thiết kế, phát triển và tích hợp dữ liệu từ nhiều nguồn khác nhau.+ Xây dựng data pipeline đáp ứng yêu cầu kỹ thuật & kinh doanh.+ Hỗ trợ và cung cấp đầu vào cho các hoạt động kỹ thuật liên quan đến khoa học dữ liệu (data science), phân tích dữ liệu (data analytics) và kỹ thuật dữ liệu (data engineering).- Triển khai và giám sát chiến dịch tiếp thị số trên đa kênh: mạng xã hội, SEO, email,... (digital marketing)+ Theo dõi phễu tiếp thị số, đề xuất giải pháp tăng nhận diện thương hiệu, thu hút khách hàng và đo lường hiệu quả.+ Nghiên cứu nhu cầu người tiêu dùng, thị trường và cung cấp thông tin quảng cáo, truyền thông.
