As a mobile engineer at SMG, you’ll play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our real estate application, ensuring it delivers a premium experience across Android and/or iOS platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

· Xây dựng, duy trì, tối ưu chính sách/tập luật/cấu hình ANTT cho các giải pháp đảm bảo ANTT về Endpoint Security (AD/Azure, GPO, O365, Mail Gateway, AV,…).
· Phối hợp quản trị hệ thống phòng chống mã độc, hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề liên quan tới mã độc trên các hệ thống máy chủ, máy trạm.
· Tham gia xây dựng, rà soát và hỗ trợ thực thi các chính sách, quy trình, tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật liên quan tới an toàn thông tin.
· Tham gia xây dựng/cập nhật Ma trận phân quyền của các hệ thống của ngân hàng
· Tham gia xây dựng các yêu cầu, giải pháp/biện pháp, tài liệu nhằm kiểm soát về mặt phân quyền trên các hệ thống của ngân hàng.

- Giám sát và báo cáo tình trạng hoạt động hằng ngày của hệ thống, dịch vụ, máy chủ.
- Báo cáo tình trạng hệ thống.
- Cập nhật các tài liệu vận hành hệ thống. Quản lý, cập nhật CMDB cho hệ thống
- Nghiên cứu, triển khai các giải pháp để tối ưu năng lực hệ thống
- Cải tiến các quy trình làm việc để nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động
- Thực hiện các công việc vận hành đặc biệt: Xử lý các sự cố, vấn đề, thực hiện kiểm thử dự phòng
