The Senior Full-stack Developer is responsible for tasks in the following areas: 

• Maintain, extend and implement new features follow the required of the project

A- Positon Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our software applications by providing timely support to our clients and resolving technical issues as efficiently as possible. They will work closely with Level 1 support to ensure timely resolution of tickets and will escalate complex issues to the Level 3 support team. The candidate should be adept at troubleshooting and have a strong understanding of various software development technologies.

B- Role and Responsibilities

• Provide support for projects released on production, ensuring their uninterrupted and smooth operation during the night shift.
• Handle Level 1 support tickets during the night shift, including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor the performance and functionality of the product/system running, ensuring any anomalies or issues are addressed promptly during the night hours. Includes:
  • Data ETL pipelines
  • Background jobs/services
  • APM, Logging
  • etc
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the scope of Level 2 support expertise, providing comprehensive solutions to clients and stakeholders during the night shift.
• Collaborate closely with the Level 3 support team to escalate complex technical issues that require further analysis and investigation.
• Maintain thorough documentation of support activities, including issue resolution processes, for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide timely updates on issue resolution and product performance, especially during the night shift.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of support services and system performance during the night shift.

•Designing and developing the cloud environment that provides Build/Test/Analysis platform integrating SW/Simulator/HW modules at ECU level to be used by Renesas users and developers globally.

•Develop frontend and backend solution to Build, Manage release package

•Take part in full development cycle with production quality 

•Working with a highly collaborative team of engineers, designers to build exciting new features in cloud-based applications such as hardware controlling, console interacting, etc…)

As a leader in the delivery team, his/her responsibilities are to: -

1. Able to be responsible for the managing of multi-level relationships with different project teams.
2. Either having sound understanding of Retail and Corporate Loan Origination processes, or post approval processes involving Collateral and Limits Management or be Technical in the Java platform for Spring & Hibernate, Spring Boot and Microservice architecture on OpenShift or Kubernetes
3. Participate and lead in technical or solutioning meetings with different project teams
4. Manage the delivery teams to ensure agreed Service Level Agreement and overall customer satisfaction is being met.
5. Management of development and deployment of projects within timeline and budget.
6. Provide timely and accurate project/productions reporting.
7. Able to provide timely escalation to Singapore office and coordinate recovery activities for major incidents.
8. Be hands-on and on top of all the tasks happening in the project/production teams.
9. Able to oversee delivery/production issues through to resolution and closure.

Job Description:
• Improve CI/CD tools integration/operations, and full automation of CI/testing.
• Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline.
• Manage image build as Product team request.
• Understanding the requirements needed to perform the image configuration work required by each product.
• Do basic check list before releasing image.
• Write and maintain new image release documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality.

• Communicate with Japanese Customers to clarify the user needs and business goals.
• Cooperate with project team members to lead projects to success.
• Develop high-quality software design and architecture with detail documents.
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life-cycle.

Summary of role

• Helping setup the management procedures & tools for continuous software development, test and deployment; ensuring they are scalable and failure-resistant
• Creating/embedding failure management processes & tools so outages can be detected and handled with no / minimal loss of service availability
• Organizing the infrastructure health automated reporting across all systems and interfacing with business & technical (both internal) stakeholders for alerting + response.

Main responsibilities:

Design, validate, automate, and document many infrastructure management processus:

• Set-up & manage continuous integration, and constant deployment activities and tools (Git, Jenkins, etc), along with building own solutions when more efficient
• Encourage and build automated procedures wherever possible.

Inventory existing systems’ dependencies & scaling's bottlenecks and propose solutions to be discussed with the CTO and larger System Administrators team:

• Design, build and operate cloud services (e.g. AWS, Google, SoftLayer, Azure…)
• Ability to code and script in Linux / Unix environments.

Hunt and identify weak points & redundancy improvements opportunities, and propose then implement solutions:

• Monitor all Back-End infrastructure -Servers, APIs, Databases, Networks, etc.-
• Use industry standard “on the shelf” tools and in-house built solutions.

Additionally:

• Ensure that procedures are updated & relevant, that involved teams know and apply them (maintain a Knowledge Base, do Sharing sessions, run follow-up drills)
• Help write Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery white-books
• Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate software code (Py, Go, etc.)

Non-technical duties:

• Work closely with the CTO to offload him on infrastructure projects and daily tasks
• Work in cooperation with Support & QA teams to improve our response time to incidents
• Support an Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis culture in Devs teams.
