MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Cùng với Team Dev thiết kế, xây dựng giải pháp dựa trên vấn đề của khách hàng.
• Lập trình front-end, lập trình back-end các chức năng của hệ thống.
• Bảo trì và thực hiện đánh giá code của các thành viên khác để đảm bảo chất lượng.

MỘT NGÀY LÀM VIỆC CỦA BẠN

• Thực hiện nghiên cứu, phân tích thị trường, khách hàng, đối thủ cạnh tranh và các bài toán, vấn đề nghiệp vụ. 
• Liên tục đưa ra ý tưởng mới, xác định rõ nhu cầu của khách hàng để đề xuất xây dựng tính năng/ sản phẩm.
• Vẽ user story, mô hình hóa user case, phụ trách thiết kế prototype và workflow. Phụ trách xử lý yêu cầu nghiệp vụ trong URD.
• Hiểu các sản phẩm và dịch vụ Cloud (Google Analytics, Salesforce, CRM v.v.) để theo dõi/báo cáo hiệu suất kinh doanh và các vấn đề bằng cách sử dụng số liệu phù hợp.
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Product Owner, Data Analyst, Developer, UX/UI Designer, Tester để đảm bảo thực thi các ý tưởng, phương án, theo đúng chiến lược, lộ trình sản phẩm.

• Xây dựng và phát triển lộ trình kiến trúc dữ liệu, phù hợp với nhu cầu nghiệp vụ luôn phát triển
• Thiết kế các luồng dữ liệu phân tích hoàn chỉnh, bao gồm kiến trúc tổng thể, các năng lực, nền tảng, công cụ và quy trình quản trị
• Tạo, duy trình và kết nối các chiến lược hiện tại/tương lai cho các công cụ/năng lực phân tích
• Chia sẻ trách nhiệm quản trị để đảm bảo phù hợp với các quy định của Ngân hàng về bảo mật dữ liệu, khả năng kiểm toán, quản trị, quản lý siêu dữ liệu...
• Xác định mô hình phân cấp của các miền dữ liệu trong phạm vi toàn hàng và phân quyền sở hữu miền dữ liệu
• Hỗ trợ xác định/cải thiện các thông lệ tốt nhất, hướng dẫn và tích hợp giữa các giải pháp và ứng dụng của Ngân hàng
• Theo dõi các xu hướng công nghệ và thử nghiệm, đánh giá với các công cụ/năng lực liên quan
• Chịu trách nhiệm về:
  • Các hình mẫu dữ liệu và kiến trúc tham chiếu
  • Kiến trúc dữ liệu hiện tại, mục đích và giai đoạn chuyển đổi
  • Kiến trúc các vùng dữ liệu

• Phối hợp với Chủ sở hữu dữ liệu để theo dõi KPI/OKR có liên quan ở cấp miền dữ liệu
• Hỗ trợ Chủ sở hữu dữ liệu trong quá trình tinh chỉnh và lập kế hoạch để tập trung vào các yếu tố dữ liệu có giá trị cao (CDEs)
• Phối hợp nghiệp vụ để xây dựng những ưu tiên chính về quản trị dữ liệu và truyền thông các câu chuyện/ văn hóa dữ liệu toàn hàng

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Lên kế hoạch kiểm thử, tham gia vào việc lên kế hoạch và thiết kế kế hoạch kiểm thử dựa trên yêu cầu và thiết kế của sản phẩm.
• Xây dựng kịch bản và thực hiện kiểm thử
• Đánh giá, phân tích kết quả kiểm thử và đưa ra đề xuất cải tiến cho sản phẩm
• Theo dõi tiến độ kiểm thử của cả team
• Có cơ hội quản lý team và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đầu ra của cả team

• Develop systems, services that serve Machine Learning models;

• Cùng team dự án tìm hiểu phân tích yêu cầu, nghiên cứu công nghệ và review source code những sản phẩm y tế cho khách hàng Nhật trên nền tảng công nghệ Python (Django/Flask).
• Nghiên cứu và làm việc trực tiếp với các dịch vụ của AWS như: Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, …
