The IT Stock Control Administrator is responsible for IT inventory management, including managing IT assets lifecycle and handle all related paper documents required based on IT standard policies and procedures, to ensure the accurate control of quantity, quality and adequate documents. The candidate will also work closely with account team to ensure the match and correct inventory record and coordinate regular inventory audits.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

I. IT PURCHASE ORDERS

• Daily tasks:

1. Monitor and coordinate with teams in departments/companies to manage purchase orders for incoming IT assets including quantity, delivery schedule, end-user’s information.

2. Enter data from purchase orders and keep tracking status in computer systems.

3. Liaise with teams in department and Warehouse Officer to verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are completed by hand-over minutes/required documents.

4. Keep and track documents related to purchasing.

5. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

• Scheduled reports/Others:

1. Compile report weekly and monthly purchase orders status.

II. IT INVENTORY

• Daily tasks:

1. Monitor and coordinate with teams in departments/companies to ensure that all business operations (plan vs actual) have the right material at the right time, to achieve their objectives.

2. Prepare, deliver, track and handle all in inventory data (hard and softcopy) of IT assets lifecycle, is accuracy of 100%.

3. Manage and control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.

4. Record stock pricing to ensure accuracy of product stock information.

5. Develop and optimize inventory stock control policies and procedures.

3. Analyze data to anticipate future needs and trends generated by a long-term portfolio

Job purpose:

• The Delivery Manager of Digital Platforms Services is responsible for successfully delivering projects as well as maintenances of Digital Platforms that he will be assigned. He/She will be required to make technical decisions and work closely with cross-functional business areas and all other IT teams including Regional Office and Corporate teams. Additionally, He/She will support the Head of Digital Platform Services and participate in selecting, testing and rolling out new technologies that provide improvements and keeps pace with current trends of the industry. 
• This role will be also responsible for people planning, hiring, develop and driving the team toward the continuous evolution and improvement of Sun Life’s digital transformation.
• Besides, this role will also support the CIO and Head of Digital Platforms Services to build advanced digital platforms, increase automatic operation capabilities, and create a breakthrough competitive advantage in the market.
