The job description for a Network Support Technician typically includes the following responsibilities:

• Be proficient with our inhouse products & services (
• Develop an optimum installation process for our products & services
• Configure both consumer & commercial routers and isp modems

We are building a new SaaS Management Platform for Japan & the global market. This platform enables users to easily manage the cloud services they use, at any scale. This is a position in Money Forward i, a start-up subsidiary of Money Forward. In this position, you will help build the team and develop team members to their full potential, you will also own the whole development process of frontend from discussing initial feature ideas to hands-on development and delivery!

• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions that impact the front-end architecture and overall product roadmap

As IT Helpdesk Technician, you are critical in ensuring proper computer operations in Discova so that end users can accomplish business tasks consistently.
