1. EDUCATION

• Graduated from College/University in Information Technology/Computer.
• At least 2 ~ 3 years experience in using ReactJS (or any front-end language).
  
  
   

• Vận hành, giám sát các hệ thống giải pháp ATTT như Firewall, WAF, DDOS,...
  - Quản trị, vận hành các hệ thống quản lý tập trung như Active Directory, Email Exchange, SCCM, các ứng dụng của Microsoft như Microsoft Azure, Office365, các hệ thống quản lý truy cập như VPN, IAM, PIM/PAS, Manage Engine
  - Giám sát, kiểm soát xử lý các vi phạm chính sách, tiêu chuẩn ATTT trong tổ chức, hệ thống.
  - Hỗ trợ Level 2 các sự cố an ninh, phối hợp với các team khác điều tra và khắc phục sự cố an ninh, hỗ trợ level với các thay đổi, yêu cầu liên quan đến những hệ thống trong phạm vi quản lý 
  - Xây dựng tài liệu quản trị vận hành, xử lý sự cố cụ thể cho vị trí
  - Đầu mối điều phối/phối hơp/tham gia Triển khai mới, triển khai mở rộng, nâng cấp, thay thế, tối ưu... các hệ thống trong phạm vi quản lý.

• Coordinate, consult, lead and implement greenfield and brownfield projects according to global datacenter guideline and framework for SEA.
• Creates capacity forecast, calculates technical requirements and processes sizing requests for IT life cycles or expansions.
• Participates in design of global concepts, processes, and service improvements, and participates in relevant projects.
• Monitors, analyses, and resolves performance issues, installs, and configures IT systems, software, firmware, within your assigned area of responsibility and in accordance with Schaeffler guideline.
• Documents and reports on service quality, availability, reliability, compliance, and security based on Schaeffler guideline.
• Provides 2nd & 3rd Level, supports local administrators in resolving incidents and problems, in line with ITIL standards within SEA.
• Follows up with customers, provides feedback and sees problems through to resolution.
• Monthly Monitoring and Reporting of ticketing KPI. Escalation and define action plan for any variance if KPI is not met.
• Ensuring the operation of site-specific applications in adherence to the corresponding IT processes (e.g. IT Incident Management, IT Change Management, IT Service Operations).
• Ensuring site-specific procurement and provision of the necessary local IT equipment and appropriate IT services for the operation of IT at the location in accordance with Corporate IT regulations.
• Ensure IT security is adhered.
• Provide superior and Stakeholder with continuous improvement and constructive feedback in the area of IT process and systems.

• Xây dựng phát triển khung đảm bảo an toàn dữ liệu.
• Giám sát và phân quyền kiểm soát đảm bảo phân quyền truy xuất và chia sẻ dữ liệu
• Thực hiện kiểm soát dữ liệu đảm bảo tuân thủ PCI-DSS , ISO 27 K .
• Quản trị kiểm soát phân quyền hệ thống đặc quyền, dữ liệu
• Tham gia trực tiếp trong việc triển khai và thực hiện các dự án liên quan đến ứng dụng trên môi trường cloud.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của tổ chức.
• Tham gia triển khai và làm trực tiếp đảm bảo an toàn cho các dự án chuyển đổi số
• Tham gia nghiên cứu, tư vấn và đề xuất áp dụng công nghệ mới nâng cao chất lượng, tối ưu nguồn lực phát triển
• Tham gia các khóa đào tạo chuyên ngành theo khung năng lực của PVcomBank theo từng thời kỳ

• Thực hiện kiểm soát ATTT trên môi trường cloud: Firewall, IDS, Hub, cloudtrail , KMS…..
• Tham gia thiết kế luồng và quản trị Landingzone .
• Thiết kế và xây dựng kiến trúc, đồng thời đặt ra các tiêu chuẩn triển khai cho các mô hình Cloud đa dạng như Multi Cloud và Hybrid Cloud.
• Phối hợp xây kiến trúc An toàn thông tin
• Xây dựng và tối ưu hóa quy trình DevOps/DevSecOps, áp dụng nguyên tắc tự động hóa trong việc triển khai các ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin.
• Tham gia trực tiếp trong việc triển khai và thực hiện các dự án liên quan an toàn thông tin tin ứng dụng trên môi trường cloud.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của tổ chức.
• Phối hợp đánh giá hệ thống định kỳ để đưa ra các đề xuất cải tiến sản phẩm, dịch vụ theo khung quản lý chất lượng tại PVcomBank
• Tham gia định hướng và triển khai an toàn cho các dự án chuyển đổi số
• Tham gia nghiên cứu, tư vấn và đề xuất áp dụng công nghệ mới nâng cao chất lượng, tối ưu nguồn lực phát triển

Tham gia các khóa đào tạo chuyên ngành theo khung năng lực của PVcomBank theo từng thời kỳ

• Kiểm thử bảo mật hệ thống ứng dụng
• Thực hiện đánh giá luồng ứng dụng, hệ thống bổ sung chốt kiểm soát luồng kết nối hệ thống.
• Giám sát và Kiểm soát lỗ hổng , điểm yếu phối hợp khắc phục lỗ hổng hệ thống, ứng dụng.
• Đầu mối báo cáo đơn vị liên quan lỗ hổng, điểm yếu
• Xây dựng và lên kế hoạch thực hiện dò quét và kiểm soát lỗ hổng ứng dụng.
• Khắc phục lỗ hổng , điểm yếu bắt buộc theo yêu cầu PCI-DSS
• Tham gia xây dựng kiến trúc hệ thống, ứng dụng đảm bảo ATTT.

• Understanding services that mobile applications provide to customers.
• Developing web pages running on inside of native mobile application (Webview) ( Android and iOS)
• Developing a back office’s web page in order for  the operators to set policies and create promotion schemes. 
• Testing and debugging the web pages 
• Checking the bugs reported from QA and fixing the issue.
• Communicating with designer or product owner for clarifying the requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Manager and Team to develop the product's new features and enhancements
• Perform detailed technical analysis and design, to break down the feature based on the high-level design and business requirements
• Build code that meets the development standards for code style, design patterns, readability, maintainability and apply best practices for scaling
• Work with peer Engineers to grow the technical accountability of the system to ensure release product quality, security, and performance
• Perform code review to ensure standards are applied consistently

- Execute SW testing using automation tools for some projects

2) 01 Project Leader for AI platform
- Tool development for AI Testing Solution and upgrade
- Management 3rd party in LGE CTO VSL

3) 02 Automation Test Developer for Upgradable Platform Appliance
- Design to Test Cases and Develop test (automation) script for unit level test of APIs
- Develop to Test Applications for system level test of user scenarios
 

STARTING POINTS:
• Develop and support our enterprise data warehouses, analytical databases and infrastructure
• Work with our team of data scientists to re-platform our existing data architecture to next generation tooling and data architecture

A. JOB PURPOSE:
- The job holder leads the development of projects between front and back-end development to successfully manage projects through planning, coordinating and leading activities throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
