We are looking for Application Support Engineer position.
Responsibilities:
- Working as a level 1 application support engineer
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our applications
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues
- Contact customers to get approval for technical requests
- Create and maintain documentation for supported applications
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to provide support and resolve issues
- Identify and escalate issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner
- Provide support for critical issues based on Standard Business Hours
Working location: 27B Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC (work at the office)
Working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in application support or a related field
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C#)
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Experience with Content Management Systems
- Experience working with 3rd Party Integrations/APIs
- Experience implementing the application and building the test cases
- Experience with Azure/AWS cloud
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent English communication skills is a must
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
- Experience with incident management tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
