- Develop and maintain backend services.

- Understanding team vision and business strategy and communication skills to deliver business requirements to the development team

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., NodeJS, Python, Ruby, etc.).
- Strong understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and server-side logic.
- Knowledge of backend best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
- Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration with international teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge of security best practices
- Experience in leading a software development team
- Experience in team management and project management
Desirable Traits:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
