Backend Golang Team Leader (PHP/Java)

HCLTech Vietnam is seeking a highly experienced Golang Backend Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend development and architecture, as well as a proven track record of leading development teams in the successful delivery of complex backend projects. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing an engineering team, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Duties:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Golang.
• Develop and maintain high-performance and efficient backend systems, services, and APIs using Golang.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and design of backend systems.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide team members in the development of their technical skills and career growth.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
