Job purpose:
The position is responsible for handling Bancassurance digital projects from concept to delivery in effective manner, creating a strong synergy between front and back-end operations and uplifting operational efficiency.
Major accountabilities:
Proactively work with Bank Partner, Sales team to understand the needs of the daily tasks and activities in order to provide effective tools and sufficient information for their business
Coordinate with Business Analysist, IT, vendor and relevant depts. to prepare proposals as well as user requirements for the respective tools
- Creating and communicating project plans and timeline.
- Scoping project requirements, assessing project impacts and preparing budget plan / business case / proposal.
- Monitoring project progress and updating key stakeholders on project status.
- Highlighting key roadblocks for implementation and suggesting remedial solution to ensure the viability of projects.
- Ensuring all deliveries are made in accordance with SLV PMO frameworks.
- Scanning through daily operation and suggesting new digital initiatives for operational/sales improvement.

Specialized knowledge:
- Experienced in managing project roadmaps.
- Experienced in a range of project management methodology including PRINCE2, Agile and Waterfall.
- Experienced in wide range of project management softwares.
- Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset
Education and experience:
- 4-7 years of experience with Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT preferred
- 3+ years of digital project management experience or similar role.
- PM certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP).
