Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Support to be part of our expanding team. Your main goal is to support Service teams and Developer teams to resolve issues.
As a Technical Support, your responsibilities will be:
- Monitor activity and ensure good application operation.
- Receive and follow issues (tickets) from Service teams or Partner.
- Check application logs to find the root cause and provide results to Developer teams to resolve the issue.

Requirements:
General skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of programming practices and design patterns.
- Ability to analyze and familiarize with complex systems.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
- Speaking, Writing and Reading English is preferred.
Technical skills:
- Experience with databases and using SQL to query data
- Experience with programming (basic).
- Experience with Linux (basic).
